Russell Smith

Russ is a great friend and all around great guy - always willing to help all those around him. Russ had the unfortunate experience of getting injured during the London Marathon and also snapped his achilies while playing football. Even in light of all of this he has managed to bounce quickly. I can't think of anyone more deserving to be a part of the Olympic ceremony.
