Plant Hams Hall supports BMW Group UK's house charities and donations come from a combination of company and associate fundraising. Russ Bradley came up with a fundraising initiative when the plant struck up a partnership with the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance three years ago. He put time and effort into developing a robust process to ensure all company standards were met and adhered to, while at the same time raising the maximum funds possible for the charity. Russ is always enthusiastic about supporting the company's house charities. He always shows an interest and motivation for generating funds and has encouraged donations wherever possible among the workforce. Of the total donations raised by associates for WNAA, twenty per cent came via Russ's fund raising initiative. He has now transferred the process to benefit the new house charity, The Children's Trust.
