Rufus Hack

I would like to propose Rufus Hack as a Olympic Flame Torch Bearer. There are 3 main reasons why I would like to nominate him..... 1.He always try to challenge himself in the Olympic ideal - i.e. he has swum the channel from England to France (one of 1000 people ever to do so!), run the Polar marathon and cycled from London to Lands End! 2.He is passionate about sport and getting others (particularly those who are less "talented" back into sport) - he has set up a company called Come Play Sport whose aim is to get people who don't play sport back into it by providing facilities to play non-mainstream (and less competitive) sports like dodge ball, volleyball and inner tube water polo making sport a truly social experience. So far this has led to +1000 people increasing their involvement in sport! 3.He always does his utmost to help the local community - i.e. he is a volunteer "big brother" of a disadvantaged youngster living in Hounslow who he meets up with often to share his experiences to try to broaden the youngster horizons and use sport as a medium for personal development
