Ruby's nomination story

I will be nominating the following person, because i truly believe they meet and exced expectations put on her by employers, family members and academically. Ruby is passionate about sport and currently attends St Marys University where she is training to be a p.e teacher. During her studies at school she spends free periods in class time to support p.e teachers with their lesson plans, and to also help pupils. She always puts others first and regularly, helps with after school and extra curriculum activites and on events such as sports day and town sports she still has an active input even though she has moved onto further education. In an employment level Ruby obtained recognition for her hard and unpaid dedication when shh recieved the young persons volunteer of the year award. The natural progression was to gain employment with teh crawley adventure service where she continued to be a positve role model to the children and young people of the borough and community, she always thrives to ensure children and young people are supported (via means of being a careful listener and offering wise advice) and included ( by adapting oppurtunities to allow for everyone possible to get the best experiences.) I struggle to condense just how influential and how much of a positive role model this young lady really is into a 150 words. She puts everyone first before herself, and this writing barely touches the tip of the iceberg of just how incredible she is. I was nominated for the Young Persons Volunteer of the Year Award, however did not recieve this award. I did recieve the Sport England Volunteer of the Year Award
