Rosalee Mason

Rosalee is British Basketball's most senior female athlete and is an inspirational role model. From an early age she committed herself to sporting excellence, winning numerous awards as a Junior, gaining a scholarship to Manhatten College (2000), gaining Commonwealth Bronze (2006), and being a key player in the ground breaking GB Senior Women's team since it's modern inception in 2005. Throughout this time Ros has visited and spoken with passion at numerous community events, inspiring young people to be the best they can be in basketball and in life. An avid supporter of the yearly London Youth Games, particularly Wandsworth Borough for which she competed as a youth, she recently helped with the preparation of The Wandsworth girls basketball team for the London Youth Games. Ros continues to give back to Basketball through supporting a variety of local programmes and by coaching at Basketball Camps every summer throughout the UK.
