Roger Davies

Roger is a personal trainer who inspires and encourage his clients with a natural exhuberance and genuine care for their well being.

Roger goes the extra mile for his clients to ensure that their goals are met and will arrange sessions to suit their diaries and commitments as well as extending sessions if required at no extra cost.

He has an interest in all sport and is a keen supported of all local events often to encourage and arrange refreshemnts.

As well as playing for a local football club he is also involved in the running of the club and the organisation of social and charity events.

Roger is a wonderful father to his two boys spending all his free time with them and encouraging them and their friends in sport and physical activities. He attends all of the family functions held by his children's school, taking an active part if necessary .

Roger recently set up the only buggyfit franchise on the Isle of Man as he realised it was very awkward for new Mums to get fit whilst looking after new babies, this has been a great success.

Additionally Roger started up an intense training class 'KUTA' for those that want to take their fitness to the next level...again a great success.

Roger is currently organising a sponsored challenge for the local Hospice where he will attempt to cover one milion recorded steps in a year .

All in all Roger inspires, encourages and cares about the people that he comes into contact with and deserves to carry the olympic torch.
