Robin Money was an excellent sportsman, playing professional rugby for both Leicester and Angelo Scots. When he retired from the sport, Robin joined the adidas group and has been influential in the success of the brand over the past 35 years working on every single Olympic Games since 1984. Robin manages a team that has supported all adidas athletes on their journey to Olympic Games from Daley Thompson in 1984 through to 2012 medal hopefuls Sir Chris Hoy and Jess Ennis. 12 months ago, Robin was diagnosed with cancer, but in the true spirit of the man, Robin has been successful in fighting the disease returning to work with a clean bill of health. Robin sets a great example to everyone at adidas and this is why he has been nominated to run with the Olympic torch.
