In August this year we began a significant technology project in the U.S. market. I was tasked with managing the approval process for this project. Changes such as this one typically take 7-9 months to complete; however, recognizing the highly strategic nature of this change, we accomplished it in just 5 weeks. I was so proud of my team and I really enjoyed the challenge of managing a project that is so important to all of my co-workers. Such a rapid sign-off was only possible because of the incredible cooperation and support given by all members of our team. Working together we all achieved a personal best.
