Rob Holland

My Dad, Robert Holland has just retired from a 37 year career in the British Army. He reached the rank of Major and has been deployed on a number of tours of duty both in peace keeping and active service capacities. He is in that sense a true hero to all of his friends and family. He has represnted his Regiment and Core at Tug of War and has coached many teams during his career. He has undertaken the role of Army Coach and is comitted to promoting participation in this sport amongst others. He is currently employed by the Army vadet Force and continues to mentor young pweople and encourage their participation in physical activity, including Tug of war.
