Bob is a fabulous example of a customer advocate and has been previously recognised as a global hero because of his efforts. He manages all VIP level customer complaints within Technology and tackles to resolution all customer issues he receives. He works tirelessly to deliver results for our customers.Over the last 10 Years , Bob has been actively involved in both his daughters Rainbows, Brownies & Guide packs in Maidenhead. This covers a wide spectrum of activities including helping out at pack meetings and setting up the church hall for the following days coffee morning, providing additional transportation for various events i.e. camping, star gazing, campfires, taking guide leaders home each week,
