Richard Taylor

Richard has performed a number of roles on BP's Bruce asset. Richard consistently works to a high standard and is well respected by all members of the team. He takes time to coach other members of the team. He recently gave up some of his leave to coach other team members in emergency response, prior to an assessment earlier this year. Richard displays this helpful and generous behaviour time and time again. He is also an active member of the Territorial Army and is an active member of his local community, where he coaches the school football team. In both his personal and professional life, Richard embodies the Olympic values of excellence, respect and friendship.
