Rich Mann

Rich is married to my best friend and over the 10 years I've known him he's become more and more ambitious and inspiring in his plight to raise money for charity. From cycling John O Groats to Lands End, ultra marathons, The Hell On The Humber 12 Hour Endurance Race and 60 mile fell races to name but a few. Not only does he find the time and energy to put himself through these physical challenges he is also a passionate school teacher who goes above and beyond the call of duty and regularly works outside of hours to ensure that carol concerts, school plays, concerts and musicals are performed to perfection. He deserves to carry the Olympic Flame because he gives so much of himself to others and it would be an incredibly proud moment he could share with his 23 month old son Gerorge in years to come.
