Richa Gautam

Richa has been involved in the NHS Challenge from its inception and is passionate about getting staff healthy through sport. From the small beginnings of a tournament in one hospital she has worked tirelessly across the country.

She organises the local Touch tournament from advertising, motivating folk, running entries, organising venues, setting up the event on the night and clearing away afterwards, organising the finals day, buying the prizes and keeping it all on the road !!

She's has led onTouch Rugby and has toured the country to encourage participation, and provide help in the running of events. She is always available on the end of a phone to offer any help needed, and nothing is a problem. She is committed and passionate and devoted to helping people improve their health through sport and gives her time freely and with a smile. She works 24/7 giving her all. CR
