He works developing and building the skills of youngsters and apprentices in one of the most deprived areas of the UK. Helping students from various backgrounds and abilities gain tangible recognised qualifications in Numeracy, Literacy, IT, Business Administration and Customer Service. Always looking for innovative, flexible and personalised methods to develop skills and help realise their potential, always willing to go the extra mile. Being a active member of the local Sikh community, supporting and contributing to the community is very important to him. As a keen runner he has raised money taking part in charity runs. At the age of 12, he undertook a school project on the Olympics, and has been inspired by the ethos, ideals and spirit of the Olympiad. He is selfless, and remained positive whilst his wife recovered from a major illness and he would be honoured to be a torchbearer.
