Rachel Lister

Our runner up has demonstrated a continued passion and determination in driving Plan A in her store. She is motivated by her interest in the environment and her personal excitement of being part of the impact that M&S has on the wider environment. She has worked hard to engage and educate her store on Plan A activity to ensure they are all kept informed on this topic, through the use of the store BIG team, management meetings, notice boards and table talkers, putting Plan A firmly on everyone's agenda. Our runner up achieved a commendable set of results during this last year as Plan A champion for her store. This including her store selling £5,500 worth of bags for life and reducing their energy budget by 31.6% against plan just to name a few. The judges were particularly impressed with our runner up's ability to demonstrate such a great set of results across a broad number of areas.
