Rachel Forrest

She's played many sports including county basketball & National school's athletics. Rugby has been her favourite as a player & then referee. She's the first & only female rugby referee in Norfolk & Eastern Counties. She's officiated in two International matches. As a volunteer, she has run sports sessions in schools, coached in clubs & assisted on residential visits. Nominated by Sport's Development Team she received a Sport's Hero Award.
