Rachael Fishwick

(Clarke Energy) Rachael has been nominated because of her interest and dedication to charitable causes, and to the St Helens Striders, her local running club. Club Captain since 2009 and now a member of the committee, she is responsible for looking after potential new members, is writer and editor of the strider newsletter, organises the training plan with the coach and ensures that everyone has a safe and enjoyable training session. Membership has risen from 25 to 43. She regally takes part in running races and has raised £2,500 for Sur Ryder care (where her Grandma lives) in 2008 when she ran the London Marathon. She also ran the great north run for cancer research UK and raised £1,000. She was part of a running team representing Clarke Energy UK in 2007 and 2008 when the UK office competed in two half marathons against other offices in France, Austria and Spain.
