Pedro Yang

Pedro Yang, who competed in the 2004 Olympic Games, is an active professional badminton player from Guatemala who currently coaches in the Danish Badminton League. Mr Yang, born in 1976, competed in four World Championships, and is a four-time medallist at the Pan-American Games. Mr Yang has degrees in Marketing and Business and is currently studying for his Masters in Economic Growth. Pedro is the Vice-President of the Badminton Players Federation and is also a member of the Badminton World Federation`s Athletes` Commission and the National Olympic Committee of Guatemala Athletes` Commission. Mr Yang was appointed to the IOC Athletes` Commission in 2008
