Paul Placitelli

I started to fund raise for children with special needs due to my 11 year old son having severe learning difficulties. Over the past 2 years I have raised over £15000 for two separate charities for children with special needs through twice running the London marathon and organising events. Also with the support of work colleagues at Waitrose I raised another £6000 for special equipment at my sons local special needs school. I aim to continue to raise funds through fund raising and or project work to help provide equipment and resources for all these special children. I will enter and complete the London to Paris bike ride so as to raise enough funds for a new sensory room for the local respite centre for special needs children.
