Paul Gavin

Paul was diagnosed with cancer in 2007 and his positive outlook on life is amazing. At Alder Hey children hospitals he would cheer up the younger children, and help them through their treatment. He has spoken as a patient at doctors/nurses conferences and raised £30,000 for Bone Cancer Research Trust. He is a volunteer for the Ellen McArthur Cancer Trust. Paul can no longer take part of the biggest sporting even in this country would be a fitting award to a young man who is so very positive, despite setback
