approach, especially when he is offering training support to the line by swapping his shifts or days off. His dedication and enthusiasm are enviable and he constantly displays the highest levels of Customer Service.

Paul inspires new recruits, is a natural motivator and takes great pride in sharing his endless knowledge and true passion in working for British Airways. He treats everyone with respect and kindness and no task is insurmountable. He volunteers for projects and trails to further his skills

and support our Department.
