Paul Abel

Paul has started his own Karate club and he teaches down syndrome children and is very commited to his work and helping his pupils. My dreams and goals are to continue helping children in the local community. I hope to introduce as many young children as possible into sport by learning karate plus helping older children to stay off the streets and to use their energy pro-actively in a karate lesson. I hope to use my passion for karate to inspire more schools to teach karate classes as it has many physical and social benefits for children such as communication co-ordination self-discipline and respect for others. I would also like to continue helping downs syndrome children to achieve goals and to improve many aspects of their lives.
