Patrick De Maeseneire

When Patrick joined the Adecco Group as CEO, he set up a global internal programme aimed at helping disadvantaged youngsters get a better start in life and work. The Win4Youth initiative has been running for 2 years now and has raised funds to support the valuable work of foundations around the globe that ensure youngsters at risk have a better future. Last year Adecco colleagues ran 228,000 kilometres; this year they are aiming to cycle more than 1 million kilometres for their chosen foundations. Patrick's passion for sport and giving people a helping hand unites the Adecco Group worldwide. He is also the ambassador for the Athlete Career Programme supporting Olympic and Paralympic athletes in their transition to the workplace after their sporting career and which to date has helped over 7,000 athletes worldwide.
