She has a smile on her face that brightens the day of passers by be they pedestrians or drivers when she is out running.Running is my passion for the escape it offers. As soon as I begin nothing else matters and this makes me happy. My mind clears and my concentration falls simply into the rhythm of my run. My health and fitness are very important to me and running benefits both and makes me happy. I have an auto immune disease which has effected my lifestyle and made me very unhealthy. I have turned my health and fitness around through running. I always get complimented on the positivity I have to deal with this disease and I want nothing more than to spread happiness to others with auto immune hepatitis and to inspire others to not let it stop you from leading a healthy lifestyle. I believe exercise is great for the body and mind.
