Norman Turner

Norman is a founding chair of StreetGames. He has been with StreetGames for 4 years after a lifetime of service to public leisure. He was the Chief Leisure Officer in Newham and the coordinator of the 5Borough Olympic Programmes. Norman was the chair of the English Chief Leisure Officers Association and before that of UOCAL, its Scottish equivalent. Norman is a key runner: OTR is the pinnacle run.
