Nigel Smith

Nigel joined the Royal Navy at 17, amd had his 18th Birthday in the Falkland War in 1982. On his return he did various things until joining the fire service, he runs the fireman's fete each year earning over GBP200,000 for the Benevolent Fund. He has done 2 triathlons for a small boy with a brain tumour and next year plans to swim across Lake Windemere, he is also a keen cyclist.
