Having spent my life devoted to sport, playing rugby and cricket, amongst other sports), at competitive levels, I have always sought the need to give back my experience and time into childrens sport. I first started coaching and getting involved when my own children were growing up but felt this needed to expand. I am a cricket coach and have also spent many years refereeing and running the line for various youth football clubs clubs. Organising fixtures, training sessions and being available takes a huge amount of personal time, which I would never change as it ensure children get the chance to play and compete from an early age
