Outside of normal governance processes he regularly communicates with them on current issues , solutions and ideas on how to improve.He takes ownership of issues effecting his campaign even though they are not his responsibility. A very recent one involved creating logins for a brand new campaign for 40 agents which if not resolved meant sales and service levels would be seriously impacted. It took 8 hours of continually contacting people to sort these to ensure business readiness. Whilst this was the responsibiblty of the project manager Neil took it upon himself to just sort it out.
