Nathan Edwards-Hughes

Nathan has been a teacher at my swim school since he was 16. When he first started he was competing for Abergele swimming club & was very keen to develop his skills as a teacher. He has taken his UKCC level 1 teachers as well as becoming a J1 Official for welsh swimming. This Voluntary work means he often gives up weekends to attend meets in South Wales. He has well inexcess of 200 Millenium Volunteer hours. Nathan is dyslexic but has managed to overcome this by developing his own skills. He coaches a tri-athlete swimming club and is developing water polo sessions for our swim school and Pontins. He is a Beach Lifeguard for Denbighshire, & was recently the key person involved in the rescue of two teanagers. Nathan has dedicated his life to sport gaining the knowledge and skill to enable him to give back to the community
