Natalia is the head of the Newham All Star Sports Academy (NASSA) and has been instrumental in changing the lifestyle of many young people in the borough. With the help of Basketball, the charity has been able to create a catalyst of change and with the efforts of Carry a basketball not a blade, they have been recognised by Prime Minister David Cameron, International Basketball Federation (FIBA), met police and elected members.
