Nadine Struijk

Story by Nominator: Nadine has been in the Dutch national team for synchroonswimming for years, as captain, with only 1 goal, to go to the Olympic Games. Unfortunately, the team has ceized to exist. Now she is coach for juniors. Story by Nominee: I have been practicing synchroonswimming for more than 17 years now. As of this year I am not in the Dutch national team anymore, but have been for many years, competing in many international competitions (euro/world cups etc.). Unfortunately, we did not qualify to the Olympics as a team, as only 8 teams can compete, of which only the best 2 teams from Europe. Now I am sharing my knowledge by being a coach of the junior Dutch national team and preparing them for the Olympics of 2028, which hopefully will take place in The Netherlands, so that for the first time in history a Dutch team can go the Olympics!!!!
