Moesha is only 14 years old, but would make an excellent Torchbearer. She is ranked 2nd in the UK for her age group in the 75m hurdles and 3rd in the UK for the 60m hurdles, both indoor and outdoor. In her age group she is also ranked 6th for the 200m indoors and 7th for the 60 metres indoors and outdoors. She is genuinely an inspiration because despite health complications last year when she developed epilepsy she has continued her success. Amongst her numerous medals and achievements she gained Gold at the 2011 England Championships for 75m hurdles, achieving a new personal best of 11.0sec which moved her UK ranking up to 2nd. In addition, she is 6th on the all time rankings in her age group for the 75m hurdles. She is currently a Chelmsford Sports Ambassador, a role which involves promoting the benefits of sport to other young people. She regularly trains at Chelmsford Sports and Athletics Club.
