Shell Smith

Reason - Shell has been with Asda Gala since store opening 5 years ago. In this time she has made a huge contribution to the store on a number of levels both at work and also the social aspect. This year she has achieved a 100% mystery shopper result, ABCD silver award winner, reduced frozen back up stock from 66 comps to 4 comps and maintained frozen OSCA at an average of 97%, top of the region. Despite suffering the loss of her mum Shell has still managed to smile and put other people first. She has personally raised £1,420 for Asda charities this year - £1300 for Everyman through having her head shaved in store and £120 by white water rafting. She would make a great ambassador for our store and the company.
