Mike Pepper

Mike as followed in his father's footsteps working all his life in Caernarfon town as an optician . Over the years Mike has given his time and expertise to many times to travel to the poor areas of the world working with voluntary teams to treat eye deficiencies. Mike has raised tens of thousands of pounds for Hope House (a local children's hospice) doing events like Lands End to John o Groats cycle ride, swam the channel (part of a relay team) Lots of triathlons inc. Two full ironman events. Mike has paid for a guide dog to be trained for a local blind person ( Mike has named the dog "Barnett" after his father) by being sponsored to swim from Alcatraz island to San Francisco , represented GB twice in World Championships Triathlons, Great north runs and cycle rides.
