Cheerleading has taught me to be an effective leader and role-model for those around me. It has helped develop my organisational skills and taught me that commitment is key. I will use the qualities

to begin my career in primary school teaching to create and inclusive environment in which all children can achieve. I hope to connect with each child in my care and make them feel safe in school so that they may feel able to learn and reach their full potential. My long-term goal is to become the head teacher of a school in which I can make an outstanding example for children, teachers and schools to follow and ensure that the children I work with have the best chance at achieving their dreams in their futures.
