Megan Jones

Megan is a young sportswoman thriving for excellence at all times. Her determination to achieve this has been inspirational to many. Magan was crowned as the Mini Masters golf Champion at the Celtic Manor Resort, Newport at the age of 11, which is an amazing achievement. Recently, Megan has also gained acclaim in hockey. Since beginning Ysgol Tregib Megan has represented the hockey team, where she utilises her skills and knowledge to encourage her friends to improve. Megan has developed many friendships both within the school and the local community treating all with equality. Her ability to create friendships is also down to the total respect she shows for individuals in a sporting and community environment,. Megan has learnt very early to overcome the social challenge of following friends or following her dreams. Her ambition to achieve excellence means she has learnt to prioritise her wants and needs.
