Matthew Pritchard

Matt is THE driving force behind the Street Rugby programmes in Bridgend and Wrexham, both great true programmes. He has personally led it from top to bottom. He gains high levels of support from partners like Police, Sport Wales, Communities 1st and also takes a bag of balls and some boxing mitts down to some of the hardest communities in the land and engages the local kids. He often starts with just a handful of kids, but his character and dedication grows these numbers every week. Matt truly cares for all the players and volunteers individually and is a role model to several young people with serious personal issues. You can always rely on Mark to keep everyone updated with great good-news stories, spreading the work of StreetGames around the network. He doesn't get much credit and hasn't worked in a stable environment ? he really is what StreetGames is all about.
