I love football coaching and have been involved with coaching my son's football team for the past 4 years. I want to encourage the children to enjoy football to take pleasure in playing as a team and improving their skills fitness and friendships. As long as they continue to enjoy and improve that is all that matters. Winning is nice but it isn't everything.
