Tilly Adlington

Matilda is the latest Porlock Youth Achievement Award winner. The award is supported by Porlock Parish Council. Sport featured largely in Matilda's nomination as she is a footballer, kick boxer and winner of the last two Porlock fun runs but she also contributes to the local community in numerous different ways eg; doing a sponsored walk raising £147 for charity, constructing one of the winning entries in Porlock's 2011 carnival, alerting a local shop owner that her shop was in danger of flooding (burst water pipe), taking part in the local horticultural show. Matilda is just the kind of youngster the UK needs to celebrate especially at the moment. She would be as proud to be given this opportunity as Porlock is proud of her.
