Siobhán Heaney

This lady is my mother and one of hte most inspirational people I know. She has been involved in sport her whole life and still continues to volunteer at everything. Being a mother of 6 for the past 20 years she has taken my whole family wherever we needed to go if it was involving sport and always put us first. She is chairperson of the local gymnastics and gaelic group, helps out in my old primary school which my younger brothers are currently at after schooil for sports and is our county manager for community games. After doing all this she has ran New York and London marathon and is training to do London again - not many people i know could do this and she is very inspirational and well respected in our community!!
