Mary Baker

Mary is a pillar of our small village here in Dorney (home of olympic rowing) she is selfless in her degication to help young and old a likeFor the past six years each Wednesday and Friday I encourage the local school children and parents to park their cars and walk to school. We also take part in the two National Walk To School weeks. To keep up the interest and fun of walking I organise themed walks for example Valentine's Easter Activity and Scavenger Hunts. We also have special walks with healthy breakfasts on arrival at school. My hope is that I can find someone who will be willing to work with me and take over when I retire. That way all the good we are doing now won't be lost and the fun and enjoyment continues for the children.
