Marie-Anne Badel

Passionate and concerned by environmental issues, Marie-Anne has always tried to work on raising awareness of these issues. As a journalist, she has written many articles on the themes of energy, pollution, sustainable development. During a three year world tour, she pursued these issues and worked on highlighting the problems and solutions related to the sea and to endangered species (www.laroutedesmers.com). This trip resulted in a series of publications in the French and foreign media (in the countries they passed through in Europe, Africa and America). Currently, Marie-Anne works as a communication officer in a business unit and tries to speak about the environment whenever possible. She has set up a monthly newsletter devoted to this theme with examples of concrete actions and has also created a LPO (League for Birds' Protection) refuge at the headquarters of her business unit.
