Maria Mallet

My colleagues and I are delighted to nominate Maria Mallett, to take part in this prestigious event.. This would be the perfect way to reward this wonderful student who is outstanding in all areas of school life. Maria is not only an excellent student, she is an incredible athlete. She is a member of City of Derry Athletics Club.. This is her first year at Lumen Christi College and her prowess in this subject area immediately became apparent to her Physical Education teacher and coaching staff. Her teacher comments `Maria has so much aspiration, passion, competitiveness and influence that her fellow students couldn`t help but give their best effort.` She shows respect for her coaches and her opponents, and more often than not diverts individual praise towards her team mates. She carries herself with composure, grace, and integrity and she is caring and helpful towards other students..
