Margaret Shaw

Margaret Shaw is a helpful person considering her age.(68). She has organised the clean up and maintainance of local areas particularly those having an impact on the main thoroughfares of the town.She has coordinated the work of local community groups, the Town council & County Council to improve the planting in the town and to support Berwick in Bloom. She bakes for & runs the refreshments at the antique fairs in the town to raise funds for Cittaslow and is a delight to be around. She is also a local magistrate and sits in the Adult, Youth and Family Courts. As Chair of one of the local school's Governing Body she gives of her time to assist with the successful running of the school. Margaret also help charities by handing in things that she or someone else does not need any more. She helps by doing things without a price. Please keep her in mind because she is one fit lady for 68 !!!!
