Lyn Robinson

Lyn Robinson consistently organizes local charity events on behalf of the hotel. These events include blood drives, volunteer work, canteen bandana day etc. Lyn organizes and motivates team members to participate in these local charities and has made strong connections with key personal from these charities.

In addition Lyn involves herself in charity events during her own time. Lyn has been recognized nationally for her efforts. She was awarded a grant to organize a nationwide day where museums, cinemas, music halls etc open their doors to the disadvantaged allowing them to experience art and culture that their financial situations would not allow them to experience normally.

Lyn's work results are: a more community conscious hotel that is involved with local charity, a strong role model for team members to involve themselves in charity work outside of work hours, and an increased profile for the hotel in the local community CR
