Lucy Cowgill

Lucy works for Pendle Leisure Trust as a project co-ordinator but in her spare time she volunteers as a swimming coach for Colne swimming club. Lucy is responsible for the Pendle Volunteer programme since she started the role the number of volunteers on the programme has more than doubled - the number of training opportunities available to volunteers are more than ever before with the number of volunteers becoming casual coaches increasing. Lucy is a passionate, dedicated and driven she always goes the extra mile when working with the volunteers both in her professional capacity and in her role as a volunteer coach within Colne swimming club.
