Louis Higgins

Louis is not just an inspirational figure in work but also in his community. He motivates his direct team and whilst doing this he also takes the time to mentor other people across geographical locations and LOBs. His volunteer work outside of BT has also been inspirational, working closely with students mentoring them whilst encourage sport within the community by running official websites for local well known football teams. Louis is a young and extremely enthusiastic individual who by working hard through his BT Apprenticeship scheme has now moved into a role where he is successfully managing.
