Lois was born in Westminster and went to St. Edwards Primary School on Lisson Grove, where she played for the school team. At the age of nine she joined the Chelsea Centre of Excellence and played in the under 12's team. She then moved to Queen's Park Rangers for two years before signing for Arsenal and playing in their under 16's team. Aged 16 Lois joined the Arsenal Ladies Academy where she played for the Academy on Wednesdays and Arsenal Reserve team on Sundays. This season Lois is on loan from Arsenal Ladies and plays for Watford Ladies 1st team. She has gained her FA Level 1 and FA Level 2 coaching badges and has just started at Brunel University where she is studying Sports Science (Human Performance).
Lois is a midfielder and admires the skills of Jack Wilshire and Paul Scholes. She has represented the Republic of Ireland in the under 17's team and recently played for the under 19's team in Portugal, where they qualified for the next round of the European Championships. CR
