Lisa Woodman

Lisa has worked tirelessly for The Big Issue for 15 years. She is deeply passionate about enabling others to have a better chance at life and uses her many skills to make that happen. Lisa has volunteered for many charities but goes the extra mile by quietly keeping in touch with them to hear how things are progressing to offer further support. Lisa is an inspirational collegue/boss and friend to all the many people who know and love her. Lisa is a fabulous mum to Millie and has had a really tough year recovering from a serious health condition. Lisa is always increadibly upbeat, especially so when life gets tough. She is strong, calm and fair in every situation. Nothing is too much trouble. Lisa is a true champion for all who know her and an ideal person to carry the Olympic flame.
