Lisa is an inspiration for others because whilst training for twenty hours a week (including early morning) with Swim Bournemouth performance squad in the last year alone she: ?Is the Olympic Ambassador for the School ?Is a sports leader for a variety of sports ?Has successfully completed additional sport leadership training for which she was invited because of her 'outstanding contribution to the school community' ?New Forest School Sports Partnership Most Consistent Sports Leader Medal ?Has with the help of the other sports ambassador set up and run an after school club for pupils who would not usually take part in sports activities ?Provided INSET for the teachers about the Olympics ?Is a Peer Mentor for a tutor year 7 group - (one of 2 who have continued this role throughout the year ?Has assisted a year pupil throughout the year as part of the peer reading scheme ?Whilst taking part in the New Forest Cross Country Championship she went back to help another pupils who had fallen and assisted them to finish the race - letting them finish one place ahead of her ?D of E Bronze student - meeting the Duke as part of his celebratory tour. ?Always makes others welcome and encourages them to be involved and achieve their dreams ?Worked hard in school being described as a pleasure to teach ?Always has a smile on her face Please make Lisa's 16th Birthday on 14th July 2012 special - (at Bournemouth on 13th)
